presentation doesn't Work For Nhl 23

so the presentation is for like 6 teams lol???? and i need to have online presentation settings for offline...???? okay thanks for focusing on presentation haha.....

The presentation was the main selling point of this game.. would be an understatement to say I'm beyond disappointed.. I have bought this game every single year after filling out that long survey specifying how much presentation was important to me and others that I play with, then this!?!?!? 

You had those mirrored visors in last year's game and took those away just to put them in this year, other than throwing rats and stuffed animals on the ice what else is there women in hut!? Whoooooooo cares!

I think they are trying to push out the offline modes so we can only play online modes i mean think about it everyone just complain about the ai every year and the little work the EA staff puts in to it,and one year boom its gone and they want us all to be microtransaction players and join the online community,well i say *snip* off to that you never get me or any other hardcore NHL fans in to that world,we want to se a well balanced hockey game with proper presentation like madden and fifa or as near as possible ,but this year they try to begin to liquidate the offline experience and i think its going to be even worse,that is if we dont stand up and say enough is enough and they are forced to work on offline modes to,but for now the online gaming is taking over so they just dont care that is my feeling.

But EA Sports should not fool the fans with false marketing and scam the fans like they did this year with the presentation it is extremely unprofessional and that alone i think they should fix this mess so we can find some respect for them,but i think its maybe to late this time they ripped the head of to many longtime fans and its hurting a lot.

It!s nice to know that they hear us, but what will be actually the next step? Does the dev team plan any improvement, any change...or will they leave it as is? What can we - customers - expect in near future?

Well, another good reason to leave NHL 23 alone and keep playing NHL 17. 

@EA_Aljo Why is it now that you go silent after saying they you reply to messages. I have asked an honest question. After spending over $100 on a game and being told about an upgraded in game experience but to have it basically be removed instead there should be clarification on why it was and why you did not market it that way. 

@EA_Aljo For someone who says they reply to messages it seems like you only choose to do it when it's beneficial to you. Seeing that asking for clarity on a marketed item does not seem to warrant that response. I get that there is catching up but a better response then to just say it was intentional and leave it there is wrong. How can you market a upgraded in game experience by actually downgrade it without any reply on the reason why.. this is after we pay $100 the game.

@EA_Aljo This isn't a response. Why was it intentional and why not market it that way. plus for being a community manager this is an extremely cold and very robotic response to a paying customer.
