I do notice the games when all of those things happen. I didn't know it was because of the dedicated servers, though.
But like I said, the keeps along the boards happen regardless if it's one of those games or not. Lol.
In the clip I showed, I don't even have good position and I said it's a bad example.
Some games with no server problems you could both be right next to the boards with position and time and hit 2-3 almost longitudinally along the boards; and because of how the game is, the guy will kick it back to himself or the boards will just bounce the puck right back to him.
The attacker never slows.
And because of the poke nerf, you end up hitting all your pokes and still wind up getting beat.
I'm repeating myself now...
It would be nice if you hit a poke, the puck carrier slows up about as much as the guy who just poke checked you does because he poke checked you. Lol
