Community ManagerRe: Club Members left in Lobby when starting a game
Did anyone have custom gamerpics? If so, remove them and use default ones. Let me know if that helps or not.

None of us have custom gamer pics. We've all power cycled our xbox too and it still won't work. If I invite them to the lobby through xbox menu it occasionally works but 90% of the time it doesn't.

Thanks for the response. Have everyone also power cycle their modems. It would be best to follow these steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up.
If that doesn't help, try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:
Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
