I'm not seeing any unopened packs on your account. If you're missing content, try messaging @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support.
I know we've had a few reports of the notification showing when you don't have any packs to open. Unfortunately, we don't have a way to remove this. I know it's very frustrating. Apologies for that ☹️
