  • Hi. Any update? I have not been able to play in weeks now.. It freezes all the time. And also if you try any other modes like be a pro it freezes.. not acceptable when you purchase a game..

    I don't have any updates on this, unfortunately. Have you tried using a different name? Also, is the game installed on an internal or external drive? Something else you can try is deleting the personal saved data for NHL 23. To do that, follow these steps -

    • Press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL 23 tile.
    • Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
    • Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.

  • Hi. This seems to have fixed the problem. I needed to delete my personal settings. After I set it up again, it worked.
