EA allowed me to log into that old EA account via my Playstation log in info. However still couldn't change the email because of the same verification. I created a new ticket on the account, and got the same response.
However NOW EA decided to push the verification on the login via PlayStation credentials, so I can't even respond to the advisor on the affected account because you can't just respond to the emails!! How in the world am I suppose to solve this if I can't even respond to advisers now????????? This is absolutely CRAZY.
Look at the new threads, there is more people with this same issue. Why are you pushing verification on accounts that have been playing on your services for YEARS then making it so cryptic and dragged out to even solve the problem? Do we need to buy whole new consoles and start all over??? What are you guys doing?
