@🤭USMCDeXOo Is this a pre order? The bonuses you speak of are only supposed to apply to pre orders. The X factor edition is for access to both versions (gen 4 and gen 5). If you initially played on the Xbox One version before the series x/s that would also explain why you only see the unlocks on the XB1 as they don’t unlock for both versions.
It is not a pre-order. I purchased the game off of the microsoft store after it was released. Is there anyway to switch them over? or am i stuck payin 100 for a game that i can only access stuff on the wrong console? I installed the Series X version and it applied to the xbox one version instead.
is there no fix for this? I cant refund the game, and i cant purchase it again on my account for it to apply to the correct console.

My bad, I thought the bonuses were tied to pre orders. But I don’t understand why you’d be seeing them on the XB1 if you played on XSX first. There was an issue for some players where they had to go into HUT and create a team to get their bonuses unlocked in other the other modes WoC and BaP.
Did you end up playing HUT or WoC first on your XB1?
No I loaded up the series X verison first, but nothing was showing up for days of installing and uninstalling, so i loaded up the xbox one version and everything loaded on that version only for some reason.

This was after installing the series X version first and trying for a few days to get the extras to show up, which they were not, i attempted to uninstall/reinstall which still did not work. I decided to try and see what would happen on the Xbox one version and I get a popup about the BAP extras on the first time loading in. The points also were added to my account ( i think the ones you spend for HUT stuff? I only play BAP and CHEL so they are all still there, i havent spent them).

Does that also apply to the BAP bonus? I find it odd that I would have to login to an online game mode to access/unlock offline features. Is there a way to access the BAP bonus only? Its really the only reason I got the X factor edition, and I figured since it was for offline play, it might have been easier to remedy.
I wonder if it has to do with the way the content is implemented (from my limited understanding of it at least) meaning every other game I have purchased that was "dual-entitlement" whereas you could play the game on both consoles, the extra content from the upgraded editions is a separate pack that you have to download. From what I can tell, at least on the console end, is that it seems to be done internally (ie: on EA servers not Microsoft) as both versions of the game are still the standard edition (even though my NHL 23 Icon says X-Factor edition)
Community ManagerThe one that says X-Factor Edition is not the standard edition. That one is most likely the Xbox Series X version and the other is the Xbox One version.
Community ManagerI'd like you to try loading into HUT on your Series X. Then, load into WoC. Hopefully, this triggers those items to be sent. After that, check WoC and BaP to see if you have those items. Let me know what happens.
