Your rank in Squad Battles is fluid. This means that when you're not playing, you're able to lose rank as others keep playing and surpass yours. That pushes your rank down. If you want to keep the rank you have, you'll need to keep playing.
Hi my actual pointe are going down on battle squads I went from 7000 to 2000 in the matter of about half an hour what is going on this glitch is happening on nhl23
not my actual rank my battle points are going down tremendously I want answers this is some sort of glitch for sure that needs to be patched at this rate I’ll never rank up
I put in so much time playing games on superstar just to lose my points this isn’t fair
I know it’s nothing to do with the ranking system because the most someone had in the top 100 was 7000 and I had 7800 then I lost all my points and went down to pro 1 with 2000 points in about half an hour please fix this glitch

Community ManagerI'm not seeing other reports of this yet. As mentioned previously, rank will drop as others surpass it, but we haven't seen battle points drop. If you can get some video or screenshots, that may help.
Community ManagerThese are 2 different games so there are going to be differences in these modes.
