presentation doesn't Work For Nhl 23

Presentation doesn't work i tried to go to settings and into broadcast no full or anything  Can someone explain this??

    We appreciate you reaching out about this. 


    I wanted to jump in here and let everyone know that this is intentional. There is no option to change the presentation between Full and Condensed in NHL 23.

    I also wanted to say that we see your feedback on this. We will continue sharing your thoughts with the NHL team. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us here.

Thanks for the input. We'll have to agree to disagree. The new presentation features are truly new to the game. I don't see this as removing a feature and bringing the same thing back calling it new.

It has the same level of importance for immersion especially in franchise mode. Do you realize that NHL is the only franchise who made this decision? Did you watch the presentation of FIFA or NBA 2k? The gameplay remains hockey and will always be. What adds is the level of detail around like the presentation for example not just fake packs of cards.

I definitely get how immersion in games is very important for the overall experience. I want it in most of the games I play as well. For me personally with NHL, My main interest is gameplay so I tend to skip through the presentation. I definitely appreciate it, but the on-ice action is my preference. I don't really play any other sports games so I didn't watch the presentation in FIFA or NBA 2K.

@EA_AljoI also would like to say as someone who plays 10-14 minute periods with full penalty time scaling the presentation and pauses in play actually add to my experience a ton. It gives me more than enough time to change my forward lines, D pairings, Faceoff formations and edit strategies on the fly. Not to mention Hockey is already the fastest sport around. Those little breaks can be vital in taking a breather ,regrouping and winning a game. It without a doubt helps create a realistic offline simulation style experience especially with custom sliders. Less is definitely not more in this circumstance.

One suggestion I would make going forward if not for you but perhaps others in EA is to perhaps play other sports games like FIFA, Madden, MLB the show and especially NBA2k if you aren’t already. Even if you’re not a fan of the sports those games try to replicate there is still so much that can be learned and absorbed from what they do right. Tbh I kind of assumed The NHL team already did this but your comments actually make me wonder if perhaps that’s not the case and that this is something I should suggest going forward?
