The patch with the change to true broadcast had no mention of this change in the patch notes. So, there's still some hope.

Perhaps but I’m less charitable with giving the benefit of the doubt atm those who actually have 23 here I’m sure will let me know immediately.
- @grentthealien Last year I gave them benefit of the doubt due to a new engine. Allow them to get use to it, this year there are no excuses. They’ve been tone deaf towards the community this year.
