Presentation Removed in NHL 23

Has EA even given any explanation that Why the full presentation had to remove... What was the point to remove something we had choise to choose wich one to use? Why? Who had this great idea? And what was the reason? Now... Give this question an honest answer please.

No explanation aside from it’s intended has been given so naturally all we have is speculation since no solid answer or even an attempt at an answer has been given. My only guess is that something went wrong and the cutscenes were either lost or causing issues with the game. It is the only logical way to explain making improvement to presentation a selling point of the game only to completely gut in game cutscenes all together, that seems completely counterproductive and I have a hard time believing anyone would think those two things in succession of each other would be a good idea.
it that is the case I would honestly be more relived because while a technical issue of that scale is embarrassing and understandably hard to stomach it can at least be fixed and learned from whereas the thought that there were no such issues and someone in EA genuinely thought this was a ok idea just makes me feel that EA is more out of touch with offline players than I could ever possibly imagine.
- @grentthealien As this point I just want transparency. Just tell us the game was broken with the cutscenes and they didn't have time to fix it. Say you are sorry and that they will fix it in time for NHL 24. I don't want false hope.
The lack of communication is what people are getting angry at. Why was that removed? Will it be back? If so, when? Is it in the plans? Why did they try to scam us with the misleading advertising? The fact that they can't give us answers is causing a massive loss of trust into this company. I lost my confidence forever, I could never buy another NHL without a doubt that I won't be given a poisonous gift. - Any news on full presentation being reactivated?
