I merged your post with the already existing thread for this issue. What system are you playing on? Did this just start happening after last week's update or has it been going on since before that?

Xbox one, I noticed it either started from last weeks update or no more than a week before that.

It's not been as bad lately (hasn't even happened in a couple days), the day of the update and the few days following it was happening after like every clip capture. It sucked haha
