@Gradonnu thanks for your suggestions!
There are a lot of useful things written here that I would also like to see in the game!
Replays were good back in NHL 2016. They showed the goal twice from different angles and in slow motion. Now everything is somehow accelerated and cropped. And as you noticed, there is an emphasis on the X-Factor. But it's much more interesting to watch replays, like in real hockey.
Coach's challenge is an interesting idea. There is such a thing in the NFL series from EA Sports. But even if we refuse to introduce the manual challenge function into the game, but it would be nice to make a challenge, as in the aforementioned NHL 2016, where the goal will be counted or rejected, it was a mystery until the replay was shown and the judge did not issue the final verdict. It was exciting and realistic!
As for Tipping, it is also said correctly. Everything happens to me from match to match: either my players are great at correcting the puck into the net, or the puck just crashes into my teammates. The mechanics themselves are interesting, but it would be cool if they developed and transformed it.

But again, these are some of the best suggestions for game improvements I've read in a while. Everything is concise and factual.
