Yeah no that was my first method of contact. I submitted a report describing in perfect detail what happened; along with a 30 second clip of me quitting the game, and the game telling me that I am close to relegation. And then after closing the relegation warning, the rivals menu still has me shown as having played only 4 games. All wins I’ll mind you, when the last 3-4 games I have quit out trying to get the game to fix itself. After having sent that incredibly thorough and specific report, I was redirected to the Xbox general support page. Yeah. That’s where I’m at.

This is an issue we're aware of. It's only a display glitch. Your games are counting as regular Rivals matches. It's just displaying that you still have one placement game left.

So I would believe that this was a "display glitch" if I was still getting progress towards objectives, or getting coins at the end of the games. Certainly I would not get any progress for games I quit. But I have played and won 2 games, after having this glitch occur. I did not get any milestone objective progress in online goals, online games won, shutout wins, anything of the sort. No games played registering whatsover in that regard. And no coins at the end of the games I won either. So I do not believe that this is strictly a "display" glitch. My games might be counting towards some sort of record keep within NHL? But they are most certainly not registering any sort of benefit from having played/won those games. So no, this being a display glitch, does not add up. Why would I be getting 0 progress towards objectives for those games played, when they are actually counting? Still awaiting for someone to ACTUALLY help me with this.

@EA_Aljo Meant to tag you a well. At least you respond unlike EA help. 77 and a half hours I waited, for them to direct me to xbox help. Xbox support is a much more broad area of asking for help wouldn't you think? EA support, really thought, the best course of action here after viewing my situation, was that I might be better able to figure it out by contacting xbox support? or reading through commonly asked questions? I mean.. What? This literally could not be a more uniquely specific situation to a specific EA game. There is nobody figuring that out but EA. With how clearly this issue was mapped out for them in my report (copious exact details along with a clip proving exactly what I said is happening), I cannot possibly understand how the conclusion drawn was - Contact Xbox support.

Does restarting HUT make a difference? It's possible this will update milestones and records.
