Scoring is too easy

Overall, I think the scoring is quite well balanced. You can score 1-timer goals, tip-ins, straight shots, breakaways and so on. But it’s too easy. Okay – circling around the goal trying to find a perfect spot is overpowered. But at least quite well balanced. It’s not just 1-timers for example.

I mainly play online games (1vs1). All the games end like 6-8 or if the opponent is even slightly worse, it will easily be 8-1.

I’ve been playing NHL games for years and I’m not known for good scoring skills, but this year, it’s just too easy. Now it seems, that I can score at will. It should not be like that.

I miss close, tense - sometime low scoring - games, where every goal matters.

What could make things better:

• Give us pack the stick lifting – even a bit
• If the defending player is close to attacker, the attacker should not be able to skate full speed and in good balance. Circling around with one player should be hard. Maybe rise the effect of close body checks/leaning. 
• Lower shot accuracy when turning, gliding in higher speed (for example skater comes from the back of the net to the front of the net and just shoots --> too easy to score)

Overall I like the game, but with a few tweaks it could be easily a lot better.
