Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Progress in threes circuit, then play an online three games. Unlocked alumni players cannot be used and when you return to threes circuit, all progress is lost.
What happens when the bug occurs? You lose all progress
What do you expect to see? This getting resolved this year, wasn’t last year.

Last year this issue was occurring on both PlayStation and Xbox (I bought both console copies hoping to be able to use my unlocked alumni players) this happens all the time, I tried troubleshooting last year with no prevail.
