Oh the community very much represents this game well and what it has fallen to.
I have posted for about 2 years now how they refuse to take action against stuff like black guys with blond / grey hairs, #69 and all the racist and toxic names. Its just a cesspool of grossness who hang out in this game.
The whole dark skin + light hair combo isn't technically bad though so I doubt we'll see any changes about that.
Using #69 is a grey area and my team uses it for our mascot because it's the "funny number", but it would be weird just outright banning it. The overall game is rated E10+ but I think going online affects the rating.
Racist/Toxic names definitely need to go and I actually think the team has done a better job removing em over the last few years. If you notice a player/team is getting away with it for too long, you can always DM me and I'll try to ping someone -- Cant do it publicly due to Name and Shame rules

Probably more efficient for ea to just ban 80% of the playerbase randomly which would likely capture about 78% of the toxic people in one swoop.
