The first hit is clean, the second is iffy. He doesn't change his skating lane after hitting the puck carrier. Since the defender has the established skating lane, it's probably not interference.

I count 3. If you assume left skate off screen, right skate, then left skate again. Though charging, and interference are really screwy in this game anyways. I’ve been called for interference when playing the puck. I’ve been called for charging after I hit the boards first.
I know the rule is more than 2 strides and accelerating in order to check. It’s really hard to tell off screen if the defender changed direction first (assuming the first stride was turning).
Though I can tell you if they actually went by the letter of the rule in game, 80% of Rivals players would be playing 5 on 3 the entire game.
