So, NHL 23 recently got updated. Here’s what we want in an update: The fixing of the 2007 bug, the Full Presentation feature, fixes to the blackout bug, and fixes to coaching strategies in Franchise....

Can we get REAL team's jerseys added, since many NHL teams are wearing outdated jerseys? Please pass that on to the team.

Sadly feeling this way too! NHL 22 had the same bugs as 23 and those were never fixed. Looping/Syncing, the puck that missiles all around the ice, screen blackout, goalies not covering position properly, instead follow the puck carriers movements and not the puck... Issues in 23: Players who get hit by the boards will sometimes get pinned by opponents where the other AI interferes without penalty when play goes in deep on the corners. Many other issues but they will probably never be addressed and we consumers suffer.
Can you please add Retro logos to customization section for EASHL?

This isn't aimed at you personally @EA_Aljo , I know you don't have any control over it, but EA's priorities are really messed up. Your nearly 30 year old game franchise is on death's door. Most companies in that position would have "all hands on deck" fixing as many issues as possible as quickly as possible.... EA choose to the spend the last two weeks adding one jersey. Is that really the message EA really wants to send to then devoted players of this series?
- @MikeyAU630 Thing is these are timed out event/happenings regardless. They have their HUT schedule stuff, holiday stuff, jersey stuff, etc. The patch and such don't ever have a time frame.
@KlariskraysNHL I totally get what you're saying, I'm sure this was something planned ahead of time. My bigger point was the messaging. All we've heard officially from EA on the myriad of bugs and issues is poor @EA_Aljo saying "we're aware of bug/issue such-and-such" and "we're aware of the discontent over the presentation". Then this patch comes along, and it doesn't improve anything whatsoever. If they had actually issued a statement saying they're working day and night to address issues A, B, C, and D and hope to have a patch out in roughly X days or weeks, and then they'll work on addressing issues E, F, and G after that, then this patch wouldn't feel like such a kick in the teeth.
I understand that patches may take time, but NHL 23 has been out nearly a month and there hasn't been a major patch since release, with multiple issues being ignored that are major. Franchise doesn't account for Offer Sheets needing to take picks, chemistry doesn't work as intended, and the presentation. There needs to be some sort of major patch sooner than later to fix these major problems.

Patches normally include resolutions for multiple issues. This way we can make the most of each update. Each issue takes time to fix and test. We normally only release patches for a single issue if it's a critical one. So, it can take several weeks to fix the bugs that are planned for a patch.

How are the things being demanded not critical? We are talking about features EA advertised not being present in the game, and you are aware of this because you stated it was repetitive. Delivering what was promised is not critical?
