Useless Update
So, NHL 23 recently got updated. Here’s what we want in an update: The fixing of the 2007 bug, the Full Presentation feature, fixes to the blackout bug, and fixes to coaching strategies in Franchise....

The larger update will most likely coincide with the addition of crossplay in EASHL later this month. Of course, there is no guarantee all your bugs will be magically fixed.
Reverse retro jerseys usually get added in January I think, and unless they're announced super early, brand new jerseys will be added for next year's game.
I think they added more than 50 options for logo customization and they added new goalie gear too IIRC.
The only problem is the game is losing players steady as it is, I think another 4 weeks is a long shot if EA expects people to wait around until then for these fixes, from a company that is known to not actually fix anything anyways and more often than not, just make it worse.
Pretty sad my friends list is completely full, and I’m lucky to even see 2-3 people on NHL and everyone playing something different instead.

Yeah, it's already taking forever to match up in EASHL lol; the crossplay update can't happen soon enough.
The dev teams knows the state of the game but I don't think it's a case of them not caring, just they're unable to really fix itWell, all that remains is to put the game away. thank you. See you next year maybe but at Christmas.
- @TTZ_Dipsy More than 10 years ago we had 20000 players online synching up for a new game in 2 mins with 1/10 of the internet bandwidth we have now. EA just doesn't GAF.
- @TITAN_NHL If they dont at least start to fix the plethora of issues that are discussed daily on here, they are going to lose a lot of people permanently in two weeks when Warzone 2 comes out.
My friends and I have played this game religiously for the 13(?) years EASHL has been in the game, weve withstood numerous bad iterations of the game but this one has broken us. Its just so bad. Theres nothing that resembles hockey about it. Most people are already looking to move on to other things. If they dont figure this crap out in the next few weeks, the player base will be dead, as usual.I'm getting so tired of these updates breaking my game. Seriously, I wish I could just play my game, whether it's online or not, I just want to play it, without it breaking the Mods I have. I wish I could just be offline, forever.
