World of CHEL extremely slow menu transitions. Failed to Retrieve Data.

I play on Xbox Series S with a wireless connection. It takes 2 and a half minutes to load into the CHEL hub. About the same amount of time to join a friend's game. I've tried wired, a completely different network, and resetting the Xbox. I've also deleted all game data from everywhere. None of that helped. I tried it from a friend's account on the same network, same xbox, and it takes 50 seconds to load to the CHEL hub. 50 seconds? yeah that's still ridiculous but it's normal. Seems to me that it's an EA account issue to me. It's unplayable. It's been going for about two weeks now. Thanks
