Not sure about poplarbay, but I've experienced the exact same thing, and I'm internal and already did the power cycle. It's in the code from the update as there were no issues with recording gameplay before that.

Community ManagerJust to be clear, you can make a clip, but then after a few minutes the crash occurs? Is it right after you get the message that the clip was uploaded?
- @EA_Aljo No, it will start live recording, then at some point the game will freeze, then speed up to 3-4x to catch up and then boot, gone from NHL 23 all together. Went and tried to "Record what happened" last 2 minutes recently and same thing, stop, speed up, boot out.
