Xbsx no vibration in controller

Hi, this year I switched from the Xbox one version to the series x version. I've noticed that there's no vibration in the controller when I hit or receive a hit. I've read some people had that problem with nhl22 on series x last year. Never had that problem on the Xbox one version. Is it a known problem? 

I tried a hard reset, batteries are fine (rumble works in other games) the settings vibration is ON in the game settings and tested with 2 different controllers
