Hot Sauce - Puts more air and accuracy on MANUAL saucer passes for less ability to be picked off (gold version only for Playmaker and Puck Moving Dman)
Tied Up - Increase tie-up ability in front of the net (gold version TWF and TWD)
Goalie:
Hugs- In close shots result in faster limb movement. (gold version Butterfly) (counter to Close Quarters)
Silver versions for all them

Unfortunately abilities aren't locked to gold or silver they're interchangeable. Although it'll be a better system to have a stronger/weaker versions of each.
