The thing is the ones you have come up with here just add more RNG and scripting to a game that already suffers from too much RNG and things out of control of player input.
Agitator - Truculence already exists, which saps half your energy when hit, reducing your players attributes from being sapped of energy as it is. You pair this with truculence and it would be busted
Actor - in order for this to even have an effect, it would mean that things that normally wouldn’t be penalties would have to be called. Nobody wants to not even hit the stick lift button, or not even poke check and have a player dive forcing you into the box.
Negotiator - Again, this would mean that a team that takes a penalty, will get it overturned further rewarding bad play.
Golden Glove - Like I said before, truculence exists, the game is already an arcade Hits game as it is.
Team Player and Selfish : These are both Xfactors that are only made for AI players? Take a team friendly deal, or make the greedy or a pass first type of player? Shot Bias sliders already exist for you to edit in the game, or when creating a player for offline modes so these aren’t needed. You can set a players shot bias in their stat editing page.
