I am NOT the one who originally brought up anything about NOT listening to the community BUT candidly speaking I can relate to that perception.

There are regular business hours to contend with and they receieve dozens if not hundreds of pings a day despite being in the site rules to avoid doing so it can be hard to get a more personalized response. I used to feel like nobody was listening but its more like they're having to listen to everyone yelling over eachother all at once.
That all said, EA NHL is notorious for red tape and I highly doubt a more candid conversation discussion, at least one I think you're looking for, is possible. You're free to post your points out in a main post though - there are a few regulars who enjoy a good conversation.
