I purchased the deep freeze special player to use as my player it wasnt clear to me the skin is only locked to one load out and i cant use my sniper class with tye skin to fufil my canadian samsquanch persona. Can you please give me my money back this character skin is now useless to me.

You'll need to contact either Xbox or PlayStation support to see if a refund is possible since the order went through their online store.
No they wont redeem the coins i bought from them since they were spent in game
I got EA banned for 3 or 4 days for using the name Sam Squanch on my player. Figure that one out. 😆
Then you'll see blatant racist or sexual name, report them, and get the "we didn't do * to fix this" email.
