Change the age of the players

can we please get the option to change the age of the players in Franchise mode?

I love to edit players with ”profil” pictures because I can't handle playing Franchise mode and all the players in the team have no profile picture, is more fun when you can recognize the players.

it's just that all European players with pictures are over 20 years old so you can't make any fun/realistic draft picks.

And then it would be fun if we could choose which draft round our created players went in, like if they are under 60 total they can go in rounds 3-7 even if they are Elite Med or 70-75 elite low so we can have our own draft steals

Change age and animated images of created players like in BAP

It would be fun if we could choose peronality on the players: Leader, Locker room cancer, Disturb the goaltender, Rat like Brad Marchand, etc etc
