Oh my word yes to al!!!! Trade override! And trading for first overall picks is ridiculously hard, you have a player or prospect that would easily get you a first round pick in real life and yet you have to give that player and everything you have just to try to acquire a first round pick. Every trade is balanced heavily in favour of the team you are trading with, which is not fair at all. Make counter trades, so the trading is a negotiation.

You should add that you should be able to host expansion drafts for more expansion drafts for more teams as your franchise goes. Not limiting it to only 1 team the entire franchise. Also allowing you to continue past 25 years by doing this.
You should definitely be able to change the age of players. I thought it would be cool to bring back a lot of the greats and have them start at 18 again. Or now that the next draft class is about to begin, I would love to be able to make the players in this draft the starting draft class.
Also it is crazy that players ask for a tonne more money for long term contracts, when many players actually sign for less for long term contracts, as it is job security and negotiate in NMC so they have control over being moved, we should be able to negotiate the same way and have them send us counter offers on salaries/NMCs. The same with players offering deals when re-signing, since they don't want to move. Many players offer team discounts so that they won't have to change cities.
