Does Player Size Matter?

I created a 6 foot 9 inch 290 lb behemoth for my BAP.  Half the time the cut scenes show players, coaches the same size as me.  On the ice i am massive but i fall over on the slightest hit and my hits are that of a twig with skates. I have tried playing around with the gameplay sliders but it really doesn't do much.  They are lies in slider format.

Why does my 6 foot 9 290lb player feel like a 5 foot 8 150 lb player.  I figure size and weight should factor into how hitting and on puck presence would work, but instead I get this super janky version of physics that is completely broken.

As an example.  Nick Robertson destroyed my guy against the boards. Like something I can see Tom Wilson being able to do or Ryan Reaves........not little Nick Robertson. Are you kidding me EA?  Small rookies (and other players) just no sell hits. It's ridiculous.

Also being able to change my players skin tone after creation should be something that is added to edit my player. I don't want to restart everything to fix an issue that should be super simple.

On another note.  Thank you for returning Hybrid Controls to the game.  Makes it so much more enjoyable for me to play.

Please EA.  Go watch Zdano Chara play hockey and see how most players stack up against his huge frame. He rag dolls people who try to fight him, to knock him down players have to leave the ice to commit a hit to stagger the guy.   Do us a favor and make this game more legitimate.
