I like this. Especially if you could hide it during realtime gameplay, and pull it up during replays.
Like you said, it would be great for recorded video feedback to the developers, but it’d also be great for training tutorials and YouTube videos.
And… imagine if you could enter ‘Training & Practice’ with friends (online or couch-play) and teach/learn from each other with one of these on the screen for each player in the session.
In addition to that (at least as far as ‘Training & Practice’ goes), it would be cool if you could use the ice as a whiteboard to discuss plays, player movement, positioning, etc. Not only during practice, but also during timeouts and intermissions.
EA also need to repair changing goalies in HUT. Total joke, that we have like 6 years 2nd goalie for nothing, only for synergies...
- @sirajs its because people used to swap goalies all the time and it became an issue with people pausing the game too much. But an easy fix would be make it like a quick button similar to goalie pull. or when you use your 1 timeout thats when you can do it

It would desync the game and people exploited it when losing. Instead of actually fixing the problem they just removed it, as is their motto.
