EA NHL series Feedback

There are so many things that are really annoying in NHL.

The menu is slow and has been more or less the same mess for years.
I have a XBox Series X and the menu is just as slow as on an old XBox One.

NHL's memory management is since ages completely stupid.
Even though I have automatic saving turned off, backup files are always created.
In general, how a game is saved in the NHL is the same logic as it was 30 years ago.
Sometimes my save games are simply overwritten.

The game itself is hardly fun anymore. The AI often intervenes unrealistically.

The game itself has hardly changed in recent years.
More and more special moves on the joystick tend to lead to you losing track.

The gameplay itself is not an ice hockey simulation, but more of an arcade game, no matter how you adjust the game settings.
The game settings sometimes have no or strange effects on the gameplay.

Sometimes there are games in franchise mode that you simply can't/shouldn't win against the CPU. It doesn't matter if I restart and repeat the game 20 times. What's that supposed to mean? So according to the motto the programmers determine when the player or CPU wins?

What's really annoying is that when you create a new team you can't change anything afterwards.
For example, I would like to change something on the jersey, but that's not possible (if you have created a team in the extended franchise mode).

The fact that program errors that have been known for years are not fixed is simply unbelievable.
How can it be, for example, that game settings that you have saved are not applied to a new franchise game?

The setting file is there, but some of the contents of the setting file are no longer correct.

I have to say, after 30 years of EA NHL, I've had enough.
