@NicCrosby87 I don't know if you have ever played FIFA 23. There we have a good face creation tool that we can use in career mode or player creation. On this face creator tool, we can create as real as possible looking players. About me this could be solve your problem. For example on this tool you could to create Bill Guerin, which look more like Bill Guerin than EA Sports version about him.
I played FIFA22, I remembered many hair style, beard styles. The process was indeed smoother. NBA 2K is by far the best sport game, but it’s creation lacks a bit. The best creation suite I experienced was on WWE 2K! You would think 2K owning the two franchises would benefits from each games, but they do not…
It kills me how simple it would be to different skin 3-4 tones on all the templates we currently have. Sometimes the « perfect face » is too dark or too light!
And obviously to be able to edit Generated players such as Recchi, Gary Roberts, Guerin or other current players!

This same situation is with EA Sports. EAFC, NHL and Madden are all EA Sports products. In EAFC is best face creator possibilities. In EAFC you've possibilities morph face details, like skin tone, brows, eyes, nose, mouth and etc... In NHL and Madden we need choose player face from ready-made models. It's really really strange, why EA Sports hasn't added the facial creation tool in EAFC to other games as well.The fact we can't edit the face and hair of players with generic faces makes no sense whatsoever. I can understand we can't edit players with face scans but not those without. Especially since EA's doing such a bad job assigning faces to those players. Surely those generic faces can't be "licensed" to a player?
I create alumni rosters and some faces among alumni players is a joke. Look at Rick Tocchet for example. They literally chose the worst possible face among the available ones for him.
Also, the fact that were in 2023 and still can't get arena announcers to say the say name of created players is beyond me. NHL 2K had this in more than 15 years ago, both first name and last name!
