@sha2un I like all your points. A couple I have
*- I’ve noticed the out-of-town score bug doesn’t cycle between all the games. Since we have no way of finding out stats from other games (like MLB, NBA 2k, and older versions of Madden used to do) we are just going blind based off of standings. What if I wanted to know how Detroit vs Tampa finished 7-4? Would actually like to see the box score
*- again for years we’ve been harping on the changing of strategies in edit lines. It’s grayed out in the edit lines menu (because of coach mode), but allowed to change when you select play now. Why can’t we just have the option to turn off coach mode so we don’t have to edit it for every game we want to play??
*- This is more of a gameplay annoyance but why do the D go up on EVERY rush. Even if I change the strategy to hold line/ shoot the center or winger will cycle into a D spot and never want to move up the ice. Then when a turnover happens the same forwards that are playing D, absolutely do not want to attempt defensively and rather be a traffic cone while the defense wastes all their energy trying to get back to position
*- I feel like there aren’t enough trades during the regular season. Only when it’s a couple weeks before the trade deadline there’s moves. Meanwhile in real life we get a few trades every now and again
*- Menu movement is sooooo slow (granted it is everywhere) but you’d think after all these patches there would be a way to make it a little faster
*- Headshots. I’m tired of looking at blank silhouettes 4 years into the game because you can’t generalize headshots with jerseys on them (even though they do it for your Be A Pro)
*- Lastly is creation. I understand not every player comes in the get their face modeled for the video game, but let us be able to edit their faces to at least make them look like them. A decade in the league for players like Brock Nelson or Casey Cizikas still have generic faces during gameplay in 2024 is nuts

Just started playing the game and realized only a couple seasons in that the awards aren't always given out correctly. This past season in particular it had the wrong top goal scorer receive the rocket richard trophy even with like a near 10 goal difference between them and the top. As well as for goalies my goalie had the most wins, highest save % among starters, most shutouts, and lowest GAA among starters while being on the team with the fewest total goals against it yet he didn't win the vezina nor the will jennings trophies...
