It's because they're too busy making non-NHL goalie and player equipment. Where's the time to do anything authentic, right? I mean, just look at "Battle Pass" and the "Store": all of that intricate detailing and design, especially on that '90s Neon Helmet. There's nothing wrong with ruining an iconic JOFA helmet....

Allen has the Brian’s Iconik Pads and gear this season. Sorry about the quality of the pic, it was taken from a video 😉
I think his helmet on the Whiter side coupled with this gear looks very nice. Very clean and I like it 😀
