Where is my collectible? I didn't get one after completing the Hamilton elite hut moment. I got the coins and player pack but no upgrade item. This is getting really annoying. I get so frustrated playing this game. It's not even worth it. How are you going to rectify this for me? I either want my money back or I want 94 Dougie now

Same thing happened to me with Matthews. I completed HUT RUSH, Live Moments did the 0/4 Matthews upgrade set… one of those collectibles went missing or I didn’t receive it. I had to complete the 0/8 Matthews upgrade set 3 times to get my 5 collectibles for the 93 —> 94 upgrade. Additionally, same thing happened for one of my icon collectibles from the milestone/objectives.
Community ManagerI also had heard of people auto-filling sets that didn't realize the 50 OVR item was used in it. This is why you always need to check your sets before submitting them.
