How am I supposed to address sanction if I'm not given information on cause?
I suddenly received an email notice over the weekend stating that my account had been sanctioned, but very little information included to tell me how to address the issue. The only information that was included was:

We consider this to be Inappropriate Content (General).
I reached out to the chat bot for more details, but was told they don't have access to the details so a message was sent to the "Terms of Service Department", and then I received a message this morning that only stated "After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we found that your account was actioned correctly and will not remove this sanction from your account.". Still no real details! How am I supposed to keep this from escalating to a ban, if you won't tell me what the sanction was even for and how I can take care of it?
If this is due to my gamertag: I am using Xbox Live and the same tag I've had through them for 20 years. When I log into the game it loads the Xbox gamertag, so how would this even be addressed?! Also if that is the case, I'd like it documented what part exactly is inappropriate?
