I got 85 ovr Ovi and got same error, sends to main lobby. Today I tried to get Ao8 again and the player changed to 80 ovr Giordano. Thanks Ea!

    Just try mine again and it work, and myself too, I got Giordano, so I guess, maybe everybody are getting him instead of a random one, but really suck that you lost Ovi.

    @doubyyyy I experienced this exact same thing! Can we get a refund somehow? I even have video clips from opening the pack.
