I’m having the exact same issue and it is extremely frustrating after resetting my console several times, and completely interrupting hours of gameplay trying to troubleshoot on my own.
i’ve tried reaching out to EA sports by starting a case as well and in the last 24 hours I’ve had six different representatives contact me to tell me that they would be looking after me and taking care of my case and I’ve had each of them ask me for information that I’ve very quickly and promptly provided but it seems the only response I get, which is even more frustrating and infuriating, is another email sent from a different representative to inform me that they are the ones that will be responsible for taking care of my case and asking me the exact same question.
considering the amount of money that gets pumped into NHL hockey games, let alone into any of the other games combined, you would think that having people that can actually support a legitimate answer to a simple question that is being asked by many people at the same time wouldn’t be an issue in the least, but yet again, it blows my mind how little customer service actually means in the big scheme of things.
exact same scenario two instances, one with NHL 24, and one with NHL 22 where I’ve had real money to purchase packs in the HUT store, add on those two very rare occasions the points never did synchronize to my account, but the money most certainly came out of there immediately and after making contact several times in both instances, I still this day have never been reimbursed that money for that I never did receive, and not one single person has even contacted me to give me any sort of an explanation. those cases just get left with the same exact approach where you receive several emails from different representatives who won after another tell you that they’re going to help you out and look after your case your response and answer being a superseded email and a new representative, stating the exact same thing as you countless times until you get to a level of frustration you have to give up and then eventually your case just gets closed and ignored from there on out.
pretty sad, EA Sports, It’s too bad that the voices of the customers that actually purchase and play this game year after year seem to get ignored more and more with each AI Add on That I have no doubt is known in advance will never help a single customer to solve a legitimate concern or issue that they are having, regardless of the issue they’re having will always just be told to try posting their issue online in hopes that another player/customer will be able to answer the problem instead.
