He says that pp and pk are a part of the story of hockey, but no mention of being able to flip the puck out in penalty kill situation or just being under pressure in a regular situation
So when does this patch come out

I've repeated that quote for myself too. That PP and PK is a gamechanger.
But at the same time, it has never been important to clear the zone, ice the puck when you at PK. Other words, to play special teams authentic to the real world.
PP is also something that never been a close clone on how it looks like IRL.
But just to set up properly has never been that easy, by different reasons.
