Missing new Live Moments rewards

Just completed the Nik Ehlers and NJ Devils comeback live moments but no gold player packs nor live moments collectibles went to my inbox/unopened packs.  Is this a known error?

Hi there, @nyr62 

This is the first I've heard of this. Before I submit a report, can you close down the NHL 24 app and load back in to it to see if they show up?

    @EA_Aljo - did that a few times. I’’ve even shut down and restarted the PS5 to be sure. Nothing unfortunately.

    @EA_Aljo Did them last night, no rewards, the 2 new ones from Yesterday (Unbelievable Effort ! and Come From Behind Victory), each time there's new moments, it's always the same thing no rewards or wrong ones.

        @EA_Aljo Video of what I did them and receive nothing, it's not like I record my gameplay, I can get you a screenshot that they are complete
