After more than 20 + years I’m done with ea nhl the puck ragging makes me wanna throw up while in my defensive zone. When the opponent is ragging on offence there’s no chance to even compete. Switching players doesnt even help for AI glitching. There should be an automatic loss of player functionality if this occurs and the puck is automatically thrown off the player skating with the puck after 10 seconds. Like common it’s disgusting!
@antinene switch over to World of Chel. Your opponents can’t rag the puck when your teammates aren’t EA’s dumb AI; instead, they’re actual players who can play actual D.
Of course, if your opponents are good, they can pass the puck well in their O Zone, but that’s entirely different from ragging.
World of Chel feels like an entirely different game from Online Versus in a way that renewed my faith in the game. I, like you, couldn’t stand the gameplay of Online Versus against certain opponents; they would abuse the flaws of the game and make it not fun to play at all.
@antineneThe pressure system aka the ragging mechanic makes it much worse add the fact that they nerfed the ability to flip the puck out when under pressure makes the ragging much worse ,it's obvious these new devs don't care as long as the pressure system is working as they intended without anything to counter it
