You should be able to use stock branding for now. We're still working to resolve this.

    Stock branding has no factor in this. This is NOT the blacked out/stock black NHL uniform club jersey bug. Our club jerseys are currently fine. If we use stock branding, this issue still occurs for this person. The uniforms for both teams completely black out after playing one game of world of chel. This is completely different than the other bug.

    This is only happening for one person on your club? Everyone else sees the normal jerseys? 

    Also, did this start right after the patch for them and every game since has had everyone in black jerseys?

    This has been a problem since launch for him, just one person in the club. It’s old gen. I’m only now getting around to posting about it, bc I figured it might’ve been fixed in a patch. It’s been a problem since launch and he is able to play one game when loading up, and then the next game and subsequent games after, both teams have blacked out jerseys. Numbers and everything. Which is different than the black NHL stock uniforms you get with the jersey bug. The only way he can fix this is exiting world of chel mode completely or restarting the game/system. Sometimes he forgets to do that and gets this problem. A game breaking problem. 

    Should he try reinstalling the game completely?

    This has been an issue since launch. Me and one other friend on my club experience this bug from time to time. It usually only happens to one of us at a time, everyone else's game has both teams in the correct jersey unless they're experiencing the default jersey glitch which is another issue altogether. This bug in the video just blacks out all but a few equipment items on both teams making it damn near impossible to keep track of anything....

    What console is this happening on? Also, is the C or A being worn by these players? Try removing it if so. If that doesn't help, it would be good to reset all the gear and see if it still happens.

    No, this person does not have a letter. Only I have the C, as we cannot currently assign any other letters due to that bug. This is on Xbox One, and it has only happened to this one guy. 

    when you say reset all equipment, can you elaborate?

    Both my teammate and I are on PS5 and neither wears a C or A on this club.

    Try changing out all the gear for your players. Sticks, gloves, mouth guard, etc. Anything that you can customize. It's possible there's something causing this glitch to happen. You can also try swapping out your HDMI cable in case there's a problem with it.

    It's extremely intermittent, maybe 1 in 15 games on average this happens. My friend seems to get it slightly more than myself but still intermittent none the less. Randomly changing equipment doesn't seem like an answer or worth the effort honestly. Just been living with it at this point. I have equipped new gear here and there but never noticed a correlation between that and this bug occurring. Seems to happen of its own rhyme or reason.

    @EA_Aljo I'll try a different one out and see but this seems much more like a software/game issue than a problem with my hardware. I'll post back here if I still have the issue after changing cables.

    Yeah. I agree that it seems more like a game issue, but with it only happening to a small number of you, it would be good to rule this out. Something is triggering this though and it's going to be tough to track down most likely. Do you happen to have another account? If so, you could check there to see if the same thing happens. If it doesn't, most likely it has to do with something unique about your custom player.

    @EA_Aljo everything you suggested did not work. He even restarts his entire game and it still is a problem. This is game breaking bc both teams have black jerseys and there’s no work around. Can you give us something else to try?

    The only thing I can think of at the moment is to create a new club. We're really not getting many reports of this now so it's odd they are having this problem.

    Respectfully, that’s an unacceptable answer. I’ve already recreated my club three times this year due to the original jersey bug where we couldn’t move off of the black stock NHL jerseys. This is not that issue. I shouldn’t have to create a new club to fix a problem with one user, especially if you don’t even know that that will fix it and you’re taking a shot in the dark. Can this be raised as a bug internally and prioritized? The original black jersey bug was considered “non game breaking” becusss there was a workaround. This has no workaround and this is extremely game breaking for one of my club mates and you’re brushing it off like it means nothing. He spent money on this game just as everyone else did. More than happy to provide more details to help EA address this issue.

    Have they or anyone else on the team been given GM status and had it taken away? I remember this completely screwing up my team colours last year.

    If it happened to the player with thr visual bug, leaving the club and reentering should fix that.

    Had a different teammate experience this bug for the first time last night. Was the 4th game out of 5 we played he had it, 5th game all normal again. It's totally intermittent, don't get your hopes up that we'll see a fix this year or ever. The standard EA has come to produce this game to is totally unacceptable.

    It is already raised. With it happening to so few, it's not so easy to track down. Especially when you're the middle man here and we can't talk to your teammate directly. If you can have them send capture a video, I'll add that to the report.

    Could be a very specific combination of gear causing the issue - Like, my blue chrome gloves always show up as purple and when I was testing the Arizona jersey pattern my guy's torso would be invisible in the main menu player preview.

    True and chrome gear was added this year so I can only assume they might have something to do with it

    Changed back to the default character head and switched HDMI cables and it is still an issue. Second game without rebooting the Xbox it becomes a problem. Any other ideas? I’m not recreating the club

    Had this bug again last night for my first game on, no issues for the rest of the night, played over 6 games. I don't reset my game or anything, we just load into the next lobby and it's good to go, no player customization or anything between matches so I can't see it being character gear related if it seems to resolve itself on its own. This is on ps5 anyways, I realize that other poster is dealing with an Xbox and different symptoms.

    Experienced this again last night for the first time since my last post in December. Actually thought EA had found a way to get this sorted out, hopefully next year🤞
