@EA_Aljo has the team had any feedback on this? Why would I play hut rush and do daily objectives if my XP collectibles are worthless? There needs to be some sort of trade in for them.

We had seasonal collectibles through the games entirety before, but now we are limited to these 40 sets that are non repeatable? I don’t know how a team can add rivals, squad battles, rush and diamond collectibles to complicate the game more, but a xp trade set is too much lmao

There's more to get out of Rush than XP collectibles. Regardless, I've passed on this feedback and will update here if a set is added for them.

and what exactly is there more of in Rush?

Apart from the event players, these rewards are absolutely outdated and yet I play Rush every week.

Rush Coll. are kind of pointless, as the sets are never updated ... and Diamond Sets are only bad, because only 3 players are added once a month.

I currently have 91 XP Collectibles that are absolutely useless for anything and I have completed all 40 sets (without migration).

I've been asking for sets for months now and if it hasn't happened yet, it's unlikely that it will change.

EA_Aljo is simply saying that XP collectibles are not the only reward that we can get from HUT Rush. He is not saying that the other rewards are good, he is just saying that there are other rewards in HUT Rush besides XP collectibles.

But yeah I totally agree that we should get some kind of sets for extra XP collectibles. The fact that XP collectibles are not the only reward in HUT Rush isn't a good reason not to give us extra XP collectible sets.

However, I don't see why we should have gotten extra XP collectible sets months ago when we didn't know for a fact how many XP collectibles all of the 40 levels of the Quest for 99 were going to require. Therefore I'm still hopeful that we are going to get extra XP collectible sets at some point.

But now that it's been a week since the level 40 set and the Quest for 99 cards were released, I think we should get extra XP collectible sets as soon as possible. Considering that they released a new Quest for 99 set on every Tuesday, I think it's acceptable if they decided to release extra XP collectible sets on the next Tuesday after the level 40 set, but if there are no new sets for XP collectibles today, then I don't understand what they are thinking.

I've been asking for additional sets for months, for afterwards not during.

And it has long been foreseeable that there will be people who have too many coll. ... as there are some patterns with the sets you could also guess how many coll. are needed.

EA is predictable 😉

Rush can be avoided if you don't want to play.
But why does the daily login pack still give you XP. coll?

I'm not making an argument. I'm saying there are other rewards for Rush besides XP collectibles. Also, not everyone started playing at the beginning of the season. There are many people still needing those collectibles, along with the other rewards from Rush. We have a mix of casual and hardcore players. Not everyone has been grinding at the same pace from day 1.

Ok, but the point is not Hut Rush, are we gonna get new set with the XP collects for rewards, I understand the casual and hardcore players, but like me who started day 1 and got 125 XP even after completing the level 40. I'm still getting 2 XP a day and 8 from hut rush, so that's 22 a week, at this point they're useless.

I really don't know if there's going to be a new set or not. I've passed on the feedback so the team is aware of this. I'd love to see a set for you all to use those extra collectibles on. I just don't know if it's going to happen or not. As soon as I have news either way, I'll share it here.

Ok, sorry for the misunderstanding. And yeah it was definitely foreseeable that people will have extra XP collectibles at some point after completing the Quest for 99 even though we couldn't be 100% sure about the exact number of collectibles that the sets would require.

As EA_Aljo said, daily login packs (and daily objectives and HUT Rush) are still giving XP collectibles because EA wants to cater to the casual players who still need XP collectibles for the Quest of 99. I think the question we should ask is why would they not cater to the hardcore players by allowing them to use their XP collectibles for something else when they no longer need those collectibles for the Quest for 99? I really hope we will at least get an answer to that question from EA_Aljo if we are not going to get any sets for extra XP collectibles.

All of that is true and it definitely makes sense that we can still get XP collectibles, because as you said, there are still people needing those collectibles for the Quest for 99. But my question is why would you not allow the people who no longer need those collectibles for the Quest of 99 to use those collectibles for something else?

As you said, there is a mix of casual and hardcore players, and you are catering to the casual players by having XP collectibles available throughout the year. But why would you not cater to the hardcore players by allowing them to use their XP collectibles for something else when they no longer need those collectibles for the Quest for 99?

One more thing to consider is that XP collectibles are a replacement for seasonal collectibles, and in the previous years we were allowed to use all of the seasonal collectibles that were able to collect. Why would we not be allowed to do that with the XP collectibles this year? Why would the number of XP collectibles that we can use be limited?

Just for clarification, I saw your latest comment in this thread when I had written but not yet posted this comment, and after seeing your latest comment I'm not sure if you have any answers to these questions, but I still wanted to post this comment. It's nice to hear that you would also like to see a set for extra XP collectibles.

The hardcore players now have a 99 while the casual ones do not. There are higher rewards for hardcore players as well while casual ones don't get them. Hardcore players get HUT Champs rewards along with better rewards for SB, Rush and Rivals. They also grind out objectives. Casuals won't achieve the same rewards due to just not playing as much. So, I really don't see how we're only catering to casual players. Especially, when those that completed the Quest for 99 most likely already have a pretty stacked team.

I'm definitely not saying that you're only catering to casual players. I'm only talking about this specific situation in which the XP collectibles from the daily things and HUT Rush are important for some people but useless for others. My main point is that since XP collectibles are available every day throughout the year, those collectibles shouldn't be completely useless for anyone at any point in the year.

In the previous years we had seasonal collectibles available every day throughout the year, and there was always some kind of a way to use those collectibles. Since XP collectibles are a replacement for seasonal collectibles, I think it should be the same with XP collectibles now that all of the Quest for 99 sets have been released.

I just don't think it would make any sense not to allow us to use XP collectibles for anything else than the Quest for 99 when the number of XP collectibles available throughout the year is significantly bigger than the number of XP collectibles used in the Quest for 99 sets.

But anyway, it seems like we are both hoping that there will be some kind of a set for extra XP collectibles, so at least we agree on that.

It's not about Rush and that casuals (I hate the term) still need XP coll.

It's about your most loyal players who play daily and whose XP coll. is absolutely worthless after the level 40 set

The collectibles were intended for the Quest to 99. There was nothing planned beyond that. I've made the team aware of the feedback here. If anything changes, I'll let you all know.

Exactly 4 weeks have now passed since the final set for the 99 Quest was released

There will be no more sets, but that was obvious

As Phasto mentioned it's been 4 weeks since the release of the Quest for 99 players. Phasto seems to be convinced that there will be no more sets for XP collectibles. Is there still no information on this? Why is it taking so long to make the decision?

You are offering us over 700 XP collectibles in daily login packs and daily objectives and probably over 200 XP collectibles in HUT Rush throughout the year. The Quest for 99 sets require 503 XP collectibles. Considering those numbers and the fact that XP collectibles are a replacement for seasonal collectibles, I find it very strange that nothing was planned for XP collectibles beyond the Quest for 99 and there are still no additional sets for XP collectibles 4 weeks after the release of the Quest for 99 players.

I don't have any updates on this. Which is why I haven't said anything. I assure you as soon as I hear anything I'll post an update.

why does it lock the ability to complete sets when i add items to a set (say level 10 etc), dont finish the set and back out to the set selection screen?

Are you saying if you put items into the XP collectible sets, you're locked out of completing any other set? If so, can you get me a video of this? Just put it up on a service like YouTube and post a link in a response.
