Update: 2 weeks in and still no resolution from EA customer service. A lot of asking me to do cases again, we will be with you soon, sorry this is taking so much time…. But zero effort to resolve the issue.

Did you get the call either in the morning from a new "rep" everyday asking you for a detailed description of your problem, they tell you they will get back to you. The next day another call from another rep comes in and they ask the same questions. Rinse and Repeat the process until they tell you to call a number to connect with another oxygen thief that has no intent on helping.
