What is happening in both your clips is the unintended interference issue that's been in the game all year. Hopefully, it'll be resolved in future games. That's different than the clip provided by @kKOV27. That is happening due to the stick clipping through the boards. The stick can't affect the puck when it passes through a player/object.
Another example of offense getting the advantage over defence.
My small sniper can just curl the puck literally into the crowd to avoid stick and bodychecks but what should be a simple play along the boards by a tired D man grinds things to a halt. I completely get the science/math behind it - the puck has literally left your stick afterall, but that doesn't make it any less of a presentation issue.
Let's not forget how a puck can be blasted 100mph and stop dead in its tracks in that exact same area.
