Team gets much worse during game

I am not sure if anyone experiences this problem, but it REALLY sucks!!!! 

2 periods long, you have an extremely dominant team. Passing great, checking not so bad, etc. You lead by 3 or 4 goals (or more) and suddenly, last period, your team sucks, you are OUTRUN by your opponents, passing doesn't work anymore, goals which worked before don't work anymore...

Conclusion: EA Sports decides who's going to win the game and not you!!! I played Vancouver right now, opponent the Stars. Super dominant Vancouver team! High speed, great passing etc.! Suddenly - 3rd period: Leading 4:0 all turns around. Suddenly Vancouver is like playing with Arizona (or worse)!! This was clearly not a problem that my opponent suddenly woke up and remembered how to play, no, it was EA Sports killing (again) my game!!!! We (a friend of mine and I) also realized that in NHL23! He was leading with Vegas 9:1 (!!!!) in the 3rd when suddenly nothing worked out for him anymore and I won with the Leafs 10:9 (!!!!!) - I made a picture of that result, cause I couldn't believe it! In my opinion, this is a piece of sh..!!!!! The gamers should be the ones who either win or lose and not the game should be influencing the teams during a game!! In NHL23 we switched to "Full Sim" which was a bit better, but still not perfect. Online you can't change that in NHL24 and the problem is still there. I find it horrible!!!
