After accidentally deleting my NHL ‘24 HUT team please give me back access to it
When attempting to change the logo for my HUT team while half asleep I accidentally deleted my whole HUT team😳🤦🏻 First of all, why the steps to delete an entire team was so easily accessible and even easier to carry the action out is beyond me. Regardless, please tell me there is a way to get my team back without sacrificing the :😕poken under my breath in a whisper to avoid further embarrassment:: hundreds of dollars I’ve already spent creating a ‘God Squad’.
Long story longer, there absolutely has to be a way to get one’s team back. I understand all the ‘fodder’ is as good as gone but my 4 offensive lines, 3 defensive lines and even any card 84 and higher should be able to be recovered. Period. Come on EA…you know this can be done. PLEASE‼️
There’s no need for me to continue on with where my money will never be spent again if my team is gone for good. No need to let you know what an anti-EA advocate I will become, telling any and everyone that will listen what a…..eh, you get the idea. So EA please, do the right thing and please give me back access to my NHL ‘24 HUT team. Please, with sugar, whip cream and a cherry on top. And time is of the essence so sinner than later would be great. Thanks again‼️✌🏼🤞🏼

It would be pretty devastating to have your team deleted so I can get the disappointment. An advisor can look into this for you by opening a case here. We can't help with this over Answers HQ.
As far as the ease of deleting your team goes, it's not terribly easy. You have to navigate to the My Team screen, hit Y/Triangle and then agree to the warning that pops up. However, I can understand being half asleep and not having the wherewithal to realize what you're doing. Going forward, it would be best to get some sleep as changing the logo is something that can wait.
To change your logo, you don't need to go to that screen. This is done by going to My Collection and then hitting Y/Triangle. Search on logos to find the logo you want to use and then click down on the right stick to make it active.
