Black screen but icons visible

Product: NHL 24
Platform:Xbox Series X
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? ManOnTheWire4
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know. Play EASHL I guess.
What happens when the bug occurs? Everything is black except for the player icons and screen overlays.
What do you expect to see? Nothing lol
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online
Insert Game Mode or Feature here EASHL Club 3v3
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 8:17 PM
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
EASHL issues? Please insert your Club Region. Uh North America West I think. Maybe Pacific.
What is your game language? English

Idk what to say other than I'm just disappointed in this bug. It's the first time it's ever happened to me but I've seen it happen to others. I hope this gets fixed in the next update

We're aware this can happen. Unfortunately, I don't have a way to address it other than taking a penalty. The game will return to normal then.

You're welcome to contact the retailer you purchased the game from to see if a refund is possible.

Hello,
I played a game this morning on Rivals which worked fine, the game after was completely black and the only thing I could see was the circle under the players so I had to quit after trying twice in a row losing rank as well.

Offline modes are broken also, everything is black except the circle and bar under the players like shown in the screenshot.
What do I do?
Maybe @EA_Aljo @EA_Barry knows?
I’m on XBOX.

@EA_Aljo Hi again, sorry for the delayed response. It kept happening every game that day, I tried everything I could think of with wifi etc. Went ahead and re-installed the game and it was back to normal.

Bought my nhl 24 game through ea and account got lost and now I get black screen with only colour on icons. Second time this has happened this year so ea needs to give me credit to buy new game .

@ManOnTheWire4 2 times for me and if not looked after I will spend all my time bashing ea till they give me my money back or new game
