Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The bug is found in ERH mode
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot get any points or challenges a the end of the games.
What do you expect to see? I expect to have my points and challenges at the end of a game

At the end of each game i don't get any points or challenges done. I communicate with the ea help chat center but we cannot fix it...
We try troubleshooting the internet connection, delete the game and download it back, updated the game and the ps4 and the technician try to fix it on her side but all that with no results.
I got this game as a gift two weeks ago and cannot event play because i cant get to reward so i cant go forward in the game.
Pls help!
